John K. Lallo, Jr. has been in the family business for 35 years. With a deep understanding of production and client relationships, the company is lead by the values that were instilled in him by his father, John N. Lallo who started McRoyal Industries in Youngstown, Ohio in 1956.

John took over the family business and has worked closely with clients and vendors to ensure a well made product. "My focus is and has always been on customer service and excellence in our work. I'm very picky with projects and personally inspect anything that leaves the shop. My attention to detail is what drives every person that works for McRoyal.
